How to Book

• Email me with your party date so I can check I'm available, I'll reply as quickly as possible (normally within 48 hours).
  
• Once you have replied confirming you’d like to book I'll send you a booking form to complete and return with a £50 deposit.
• I'll ask you to confirm the treatment list 2 months before the party and I'll then provide a running order for your approval.
• Pay the balance 1 month before the party, I'll reconfirm all the details and treatment schedule.
• Party!! I'll come to you fully equipped and ready to pamper.

Travel & Parking

I provide a fully mobile beauty service, travel within 10 miles of my home studio (Bristol, BS16 7NX) is free of charge, I am happy to travel within the South West (Bath, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset and surrounding areas), fees depend on your size and location pf your party.

To ensure I am not delayed in reaching you, please let me know of any potential parking issues and if your home or accommodation is difficult to find. If there is a fee to park at your location, this will be charged at an additional cost.

Nails:

Nails treatments will be carried out at a kitchen or dining room table, with chairs placed either side or at a corner of the table. I will provide towels to protect the work surface from any spills. Please ensure your nails are free from product otherwise a removal fee may apply. Prices stated are for colour polish, for French add £3 per set, for nail art add 50p per nail.

Facials

I will either perform the treatment with you sat upright in a chair, or led horizontally on a sofa or a bed depending on the treatment.  I may bring a mobile beauty couch (2m x 0.7m). More relaxing treatments can take place somewhere private such as a bedroom, although I am happy to perform them in any room which is suitable. Should you be required to remove any clothing, I always respect my clients' modesty.

Contra-Indications

If contra-indications are highlighted we may not be able to perform your requested treatment, or the treatment may need to be adapted. You are responsible for notifying me of any changes in your health before subsequent treatments.

Certain therapies on people with the following conditions may be harmful to affected areas or may require prior GP approval before treatment can commence: Allergies, Low/High Blood Pressure, History of Thrombosis, Heart Problems, Phlebitis, Varicose Veins, Epilepsy, Diabetes, Problems of the Nervous System, Skin Disorders or Infections, Haemophilia, Fever, Pregnancy, Asthma, Viral Infection, Bruising, Swelling, Cuts, Burns, Recent Fractures, Recent Operations, Recent Scar Tissue, Cancer, Undiagnosed Pain or Lumps, Acute Injuries, Circulatory Problems, first few days of Menstruation. Treatment is also not advised for anyone who has been consuming large quantities of alcohol.
